It took NASA only 10 years to put a man on the moon, it took 66 years to get this kit produced.
It took no time for Escape Hatch Hobbies to make it better, working with
Walter Pezzali of Futuristic Robots and sculptor Michael Berglund.

It was called The Lunar Exploration Suit- Model MK 1- designed by Allyn "Hap" Hazard.
This design was also used as the prototype for the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man.
Before Neil Armstrong uttered the historical line "One small step..."
he was less famously known to say "Hell, I ain't wearing that !"
