Based on the 1974 Hammer film, one of two Hammer
movies in which
David Prowse (Darth Vader) played a version of
the Frankenstein monster.
This was Hammer's final Frankenstein film.

Dr. Frankenstein (Peter Cushing) is a real
sadistic SOB.
He's not going to use the laborious method of
digging up parts,
no, he is going to stitch this one together with
loonies from the nut house.
The scariest part about this monster is that we
have all seen him on the
beach. You know the guy with so much back hair
you have to yell out
"Hey fatso put on a shirt you're making my
girlfriend throw up".
Oh yea, he also got a Friar Tuck hair cut.
Really scary.
So, this Neanderthal with a bad haircut isn't
all that scary, Hammer
knocks up the gore level about 10 notches.

TRIVIA
Peter Cushing
insisted on selecting his own hair piece
for the film. He settled on the one to the right, even
though
he insisted that it made him look like Helen Hayes.
